房間很大很乾凈，配套設施一應俱全，前台小姐姐的服務態度特別好，每個人都非常熱情，還給升級了房型，出熱水也很快，對十堰這個城市的好感度直網上升，以後再來十堰還會選擇這家酒店。最主要離步行街衹有五分鐘路程，離火車站開車也衹有十來分鐘

第一次到荊州，入住這家酒店，酒店離古城很近，城牆小北門幾百米，周邊也有食店，早餐都可以在那解決。酒店衞生乾淨，前台的服務小姐姐熱情，遊玩回來前台小姐姐都熱情問候，並送上綠豆湯和銀耳湯，也會熱情介紹遊玩攻略，搞衞生的阿姨們也很很認真清潔房間和衞生間，雖住了兩天，有一種回到家的感覺，滿滿的温暖，有機再來荊州還要住這家酒店。
