The rooms are great, but some of the hotel amenities are lacking.
Service varied between outstanding and poor.
The only restaurant the hotel has outside of breakfast time is a banquet style Chinese restaurant. If you’re traveling alone or as a couple, you’re going to want to dine elsewhere.
The location is nice by the river, but a little out of the centre of the city.
Overall, I’d rate it 3.5

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She upgraded our room for us after seeing that we had two children. The service was very attentive. The hotel environment is also very good. The breakfast was quite rich. The hotel is cost-effective and worth staying. I am very satisfied.
