The front desk is good, but the elevator to the room corridor smells bad. There is also an air conditioner in the room. The room is nothing but big, and there are a lot of scum on the carpet

非中央空調，前台入住接待時候是個新來的小妹，結果等了好久也搞不定，來了個老員工，看似懂行，結果三張成人身份證説辦好了，給了我一張房卡，真是不過腦子，離開時候隨行的親戚車輛居然車牌號沒有搞對，白白交了一晚上的停車費，實在不行，真不如加一點點錢住旁邊的希爾頓

酒店安全狀況非常差，讓客人感覺不到一點安全感。首先電梯是公用電梯，不用刷卡誰都能進到酒店走廊。訂了兩天入住，第一天中午回房間時，房間門大開着，也沒打掃。服務員卻在很遠的另一個房間打掃衞生。主要是服務員的態度極其惡略，投訴到前台同樣的態度，不找自己的問題，一同指責客人説：有監控怕什麼？又沒丟東西。真是管理差到極致的酒店了！都靠監控治安，還要警察幹什麼？也希望攜程為了廣大客户的利益，取消和這家酒店的合作！

整體來説性價比還不錯！
設施：房間比較大，有個按摩椅，床也不錯！就是衞浴設施相對很差，且老舊；
衞生：一般般；
環境：位置比較好找，停車也很方便，但是車庫比較混亂出來並不好找；
服務：唯一最滿意的是前台小姐姐的服務了，熱情負責，詢問問題都能積極幫幫解決
