昨天晚上到酒店的，前台服務超級差勁，態度特別差，客人定好了，到酒店説沒房間，讓客人等待特別久，就一直説處理不了，也住不了。後面一直讓聯繫訂房平台，反正前台就是不管。説什麼訂便宜的就住不了，貴的才可以住。後來我們就重新訂了，然後就重新訂了一間。到房間了，味道特別大，衞生間淋浴也是壞的，床頭那個燈一直亮着，影響人休息。要不是因為帶的有小孩，真的就退房不住了。真的，總體來説，這家酒店太差了。千萬不要選擇這家酒店。
