I stayed at the hotel on the night of May 10, 2023, and I have stayed at the hotel many times; the room types I booked were suites, and the front desk asked me to wait for a long time because I was not familiar with the hotel system, and then I asked at the front desk if there was any room left. Breakfast, etc., the front desk staff confirmed that the reply included; when I checked into the room, I received a call from the guest room at around 11:40 midnight, saying that my room did not include breakfast, and I asked the room attendant to knock on the door of my room to get the breakfast voucher. I am very dissatisfied with the work efficiency, service attitude and handling style of the hotel staff!
