整潔明亮的空間便令人倍感舒心。房間內空氣清新無雜味。整體空間設計開闊通透，動線規劃合理。傢俱與用品陳設井然有序，從迷你吧到辦公區的物品收納都體現着人性化考量。
衞浴空間乾濕分離，洗手間，衞生間和浴室獨立安排，熱水系統出水穩定，温度剛剛好。洗護套裝，洗漱用品質量很好，毛巾和浴巾蓬鬆柔軟，用起來很舒服。深盆浴缸很乾凈。窗簾很厚實，可窺見城市璀璨夜景卻不受光線侵擾。
中央空調運行很安靜，室內始終保持着25℃的靜謐空間。高層視野很好，窗外的風景特別漂亮，能看到青山和火力發電廠，有種自然和人造物的美妙和諧氛圍。
從細節到整體，從硬件到體驗，這家酒店用實力詮釋了何為「賓至如歸」。無論是差旅中轉還是度假放鬆，這裏都是值得放入收藏清單的品質之選。

2025年剛開業的酒店，房間沒有什麼味道，設施設備配置不錯，金可兒的床墊很舒服，房間還配了蒸汽手持熨斗，很Nice。1.35米的雙床很適合家庭入住，馬桶帶自動加熱和沖水功能，電動窗簾，整體乾淨衞生。停車方便，服務也不錯，性價比很高，應該是十堰目前最好的國際酒店。

新酒店，環境很好，服務非常好，小朋友發高燒抽搐，酒店經理親自送小朋友到人民醫院！入住房間也免費升級了！提供有水果！小朋友還送了小禮物！總之服務相當好！應該是十堰最好的酒店！！！

酒店各方麪條件都非常好，衞生打掃的很乾凈，雖然是新開業不久的酒店，裝修很上檔次，材料環保，沒有氣味，酒店的管理和服務也很周到，特別是前台的YURI特別細心，服務熱情，有問必答，給人留下了非常深刻的印象，酒店位置距離高速公路很近，出入非常方便，酒店價格也很親民，性價比很高，以後來十堰必是首先酒店。
