It’s so nice and comfortable stay in this hotel staff especially the manager of the hotel was so cooperative the room I stayed in was so clean and comfortable large enough to feel you are in home the breakfast have many verities to fulfill your need to start good day I recommend this hotel for any have visit to Shiyan I think it’s one of the best hotel in the city with value of the amount I paid

非常不錯的一家酒店，前台小妹妹免費給我升級了房間，房間寬敞乾淨，設施設備很新，停車非常方便，馬路對面萬達廣場夜市很熱鬧，吃的很多。酒店早歺很豐盛，味道很贊！離店時還贈送了禮品，有水和零食，非常温馨！

酒店設施很齊全，最重要的是安全係數比較高，這應該是大家最關心的點了，因為有一些小插曲找前台小姐姐協商後順利辦理入住，感謝前天兩位小姐姐餐廳菜品很不錯，有現磨咖啡，停車也很方便

節假日的尾巴和老婆去爬武當山，火車清晨到的十堰然後打的到酒店，也順利辦理了入住，前台服務熱情，早餐開的很不錯，特別推薦牛肉麪那味道真的比開門店的味道還要好，房間乾淨整潔布草用的不錯，配的小沙發坐着舒服放物品也方便，礦泉水也配的4瓶這個也做的很好滿足大部分人的需求，熱水做了循環開龍頭就是熱水舒服方便，房間整體面積很大住着很舒服，放置物品的枱麪很多，水杯行李箱燒水壺雜七雜八的隨便放，智能家居配置也非常方便，晚上有點小插曲前台也及時處理，效率槓槓的，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，住了這麼多次酒店第一次寫這麼多，祝生意興隆

實話實説，原本對這個酒店沒有什麼不好的印象，覺得十堰市能有這樣的酒店挺不錯的，位置優越設施齊全，為了去武當山遊玩一下子訂了兩天住宿，沒想到第一天晚上就被隔壁大半夜入住的客人吵吵鬧鬧的聲音驚醒了，好半天吵鬧聲也不停下來，無奈之下打電話讓服務枱工作人員幫忙制止一下處理一下，可是沒有什麼效果，沒有辦法了我衹好穿衣服去敲隔壁的門，讓他們不要吵吵鬧鬧了影響別人正常休息。哪裡想的到第二天晚上依然是大半夜（兩點多鐘）又被隔壁剛剛入住的一男一女吵鬧聲驚醒，房間隔音效果實在太差，兩個人吵吵鬧鬧聽的一清二楚。無奈我又打電話給服務枱工作人員，他們打電話給隔壁也沒有效果，實在是吵鬧的沒辦法睡覺了我衹好要求值夜班的服務員換房間，並嚴厲批評他們不能這樣沒有職業操守和業務素質的大半夜專門安排客人入住已有客人的房間，節日前夕空檔期酒店房間並沒有住滿為什麼要偏偏大半夜把入住的客人安排在我們房間旁邊？而且客人吵吵鬧鬧的根本無有效的制止手段和解決措施。簡直太不像話了太無職業道德和業務素質了。我要去酒店方給我一個答覆給我一個説法，酒店服務員唯唯諾諾的回答敷衍了事。後來我給攜程客服和酒店專屬服務小姐姐了反映和投訴，攜程瞭解情況後倒是積極予以解釋和補償解決，至今也沒看到酒店方面的任何回覆和解決措施！
