服務差到爆炸 房間的投影沒有網絡 竟然讓我將就一下 這是人説的話嗎 我花錢買了這個服務 沒享受到 你讓我將就一下？ 走的時候聯繫酒店前台登記停車 起碼打了十個電話到 前台 全給我掛了 注意 是接通秒掛 你家電話也壞了唄 我訂房間的時候 那接電話速度 可老快了，本來過了好幾天了 就不想評論了 越想越氣 最後我是當天凌晨一點過入住的 當天下午兩點半離店 甚至被告知退房超時 需要另收八十元的超時費 錢不錢的就算了 還是第一次 兩點出頭退房被告知要收超時費的 服務差收費倒是積極 真有被噁心到

房間還可以，服務態度太差了，我一次性定了三個房間，入住當天由於酒店打掃衞生人員沒有放公牛，牛奶，蘇打水，第二天退房的時候查房人員非要説我們消費了，態度還不好污衊我們，該説的很難聽，跟工作人員吵了一架後來走了，過了二十分鐘酒店給我們打電話道歉確實是他們沒有放，我也沒有理他們，反正以後再也不會去住了！

床上用品沒換，入住的時候發現枕頭和床單有血跡和頭髮，做保潔的阿姨説太忙了沒顧得，肺都要欺詐了，後來給我換了一個房間但是心裏還是很膈應。一點退房，還沒沒到點就一個電話接一個電話的催。很不滿意。
