酒店新近裝修，乾淨整潔，房間很大且安靜，床墊軟硬適中挺舒服，酒店自帶停車場停車方便，因為到店較晚酒店還免費房型，非常棒

前台個別服務人員的服務非常不專業，態度很傲慢。
1.對於客人提出開票訊息有誤的疑問，前台給予了錯誤的回答並開具了錯誤的票據。導致客人後期報銷遇到問題。
2.要求提供改好的票據時，服務人員回覆態度很差。
不好意思，這樣的服務很難讓人理解並接受。
