Honor Hotel

Originally, we needed to stay again (the next day) because things were not settled, but we couldn't stay any longer, so we had to find another hotel. First of all: the TV couldn't be turned on. I called and asked. The reply said that someone would come and take a look and asked me to wait. However, I waited for half an hour. When I called again and asked, of course I said "Okay, I'll be here right away", but Waited for nearly 20 minutes. Secondly, the sheets were too thin, and even hair-like hairs underneath the sheets (on top of the store mattress) could be seen through the sheets. Then, I peeled off the sheets, and as a result, there were a lot of hairs on the mattress. Third, the bathroom may have never been cleaned. The walls to the floor are dirty and moldy; the shower hose is also broken. Is this a 4-star hotel?

This hotel is relatively old, and the decoration is a bit old, but it is very clean, and the room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but if you pay for it yourself, it is very rich!

I stay here every time I go on a business trip. It is very convenient to travel around and eat. The hotel service attitude is good. The room I booked does not include breakfast, but the hotel also provides free breakfast and free fruit every day.

It was old to begin with. The key point was that when a family came out for breakfast, the service manager kept asking for more tickets. He said that it would be given after a while (it was inconvenient to hold two kids in my arms). He kept asking me three or four times, as if I was lazy. I was speechless. The key point was that the breakfast was in a small corner inside the commercial breakfast. It felt like begging for food. The variety and style of the breakfast were very poor. Very bad experience.
