陽台視角很好，正好能看到洛迦寺
樓下有便利店，24h很方便
可能是春節，所以一直沒有人來打掃房間
停車很方便，整體很新，但床頭沒有櫃子，充電不太方便

正月期間沒有提前做攻略就出行了，很多人來到泉州都發現沒房了，而我們運氣爆棚，不僅訂到了房，還是一間海景房，面朝大海，心情特別好，雖然春節期間有漲價，但是這個價格真心很美麗了，房東也很好，有事情打電話給他也不會不耐煩，！具體的室內情況和提供的照片一模一樣的，總之是值得再訂的房子！

樓下就是海邊，環境很好，有一個超大的觀景陽台。近處是海洋樂園和洛伽寺，設施齊全，房東人好，經濟實惠。永寧古城就在幾百米處，暑假帶孩子再來
