訂單金額1099住一晚¥！剛入住出門發現鎖壞了打不開來：中途三次工作人員過來開鎖開了一個多少時。從始至終酒店工作人員沒有説過一句抱歉的話。我問他萬一出現了點什麼事怎麼辦。他給我回復説：打電話叫消防啊！。。最後門打開了鎖給我裝上去了給我保證説鎖沒有問題了，然後他自己反鎖了發現打不開門？把我們的生命當兒戲嗎？太不負責任了吧説話跟**一樣的。工作人員知道這把鎖之前就有問題 結果沒去換（我錄了視頻工作人員之間對話我聽見了）。最後12315我也打了 那邊回覆我酒店會賠付百分之二十，叫我以後別住這個，因為這個是比較不正規的名宿（錄音我也有不服我發錄音給你）。最後是酒店賠付了百分之二十，攜程單獨賠付了500。從始至終酒店一句抱歉也沒有 嫌自己命大的兄弟可以考慮入住這家名宿哦 （也不是海景房，離海邊有段距離，窗户很小 不是很好看海）無半點虛假

衞生很差，拖鞋和地板都是沙子，黏糊糊的很明顯沒洗，臟死了。房間毛髮到處都是，好惡心。被子枕頭黏糊糊的，整個房間黴味很重。設施很老舊，電視都開不了。隔音效果很差，凌晨樓上東西移動的聲音都很明顯。一大早又吵得很，一直有裝修敲牆的聲音。管家準時下班，有問題都找不到人，體驗感極差。

本來對民宿沒什麼期望，但這個也真的太差了。離海邊還有一段距離（步行10分鐘左右），房間在小區裏面，很不好找。本來玩的很累，要洗澡休息，結果毛巾有頭髮和血漬+床上有頭髮，洗手枱也是壞的。抽屜竟然還有零食和用過的口罩和垃圾，都是螞蟻，絕了！！隨處可見的發黴和灰塵。玻璃上那個貼的福，真是太瘮人了。最重點的是各種被子枕頭竟然是揉成一團在櫃子裏面！！！確定這些東西有洗嗎？另外退房後經過其它房間，看到阿姨拿毛巾在擦馬桶。這踩雷踩得太可怕了。

是在一個小區高層的頂樓，海景很不錯，外面直接可以看到洛迦寺和海邊，因為選的是便宜的，所以衞生和設施比較一般，算是比較有性價比吧，一開始給的導航好像不太對，總之好像進到了景區多花了15塊錢。不過續住的時候倒是沒有漲價

就在黃金海岸邊上，幾步路就到海邊了，很方便。樓層高，全景海景房，裝修風格也很喜歡，小區裡頭環境也很好。性價比很高，下次過來玩還會選擇住這裏。

整體環境不錯，直麪大海，陽台上就可以看到洛咖寺，停車方便，就是房間的衞生有待改進，已經給管家提了建議，必竟價格在那，設施有些舊了，性價比還算高。

老闆很好，選錯了林景給免費升了海景房，溝通很及時很順暢。就是衞生有點問題，但不是很嚴重，床新鋪了，就是塑料拖鞋沒刷，牙膏杯子沒洗有牙膏印，廚房感覺很久沒做清潔了，很油但是是有燃氣的，所以我覺得這個價格還是很ok的，老闆還是個在正經做生意，衹是不用那麼美的網圖引流就好了

房間很大，管家服務態度很好，因為全家出來玩，自己租車，停車很方便，空間很適合兩家一起出來，奈斯～對面就是大海，可惜去的時候天氣不好，沒看到日出

住店非常滿意，為我和小夥伴的泉州行提供了很好的休息環境。
老闆熱情周到，看我們拖着箱子開小電動送我們去民宿。在陽台上就可以看到海！！
晴天雨天民宿都有不同的景色和韻味，裝飾的也很有格調，温馨又文藝，房間乾淨衞生。
總體來説非常滿意，下次再去泉州還是會選擇這家酒店！強烈推薦
