The location of the hotel is not very convenient. There are no good transportation facilities, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. You need to walk for a while to reach the bus station and restaurants. The hotel's front desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel did not provide comprehensive equipment, such as slippers and hairdryers.

Pleasant surprise to what l expected place was quite clean especially the bathroom. Was a bit nervous parking on the grounds but was the safest. Staff, she was very, very helpful and friendly catered for my mom’s needs. Really enjoyed the night out room was quiet.
Only thing was we couldn’t find the place but l think that was just us. Overall good.😊

Met with a warm greeting at reception. Registration was swift. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Excellent facilities both at the hotel and nearby. Food and beverages are reasonably priced. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome.

Very warm welcome and everything as it should be. Swift service both at the hotel and Beefeater next door. Good location for motorway but it’s not in Solihull- it’s in Shirley which is a distance from Solihull itself. No problem to us though.

Hotel location is lovely set off the road behind a riding school and the staff are friendly
You have to pay for your meals as you go along as you cannot add anything to your hotel bill.
Water, biscuits and face cloth were not consistently replenished
