"My mother and me enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a clean hotel with decent facilities. What was good was the service from the staff especially the DM - Santosh Patil ! They provided 24hrs transport to the ashram. What can be improved is the towels should be changed, it was clean but it looks overused. Also the bed was hard. But nevetheless for the price, location and service - it was still a good deal. Highly recommended. "

"We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful. "

"Our stay at Hotel Sai Bansi in Shirdi was exceptional. The place is about 7–10 minutes from the Sai Temple and has a vibrant atmosphere. Coming to the room — it was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean too. They provide towels, soap, body wash, and shampoo, so no worries on that front. The AC and hot water were working well. They also offer parking facilities. Based on our request, they provided food, which was reasonably priced. They have a very good restaurant as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sai Baba. It’s peaceful, conveniently located, reasonably priced, safe, clean, and has a 24-hour water supply. If I’m not mistaken, they also have a generator. So just relax and enjoy your stay!"

"Rooms are neat, simple, and spacious. Location to place can be easily reachable, has enough parking space, and has a spa nearby. Food of all types, including south indian, north indian, chinese, and beverages are available. I was given early check-in of about 2 hours with no questions asked. If required, the hotel will provide to and fro transportation to railway station and airport. A must mention about the front desk staff. Kajal, front desk staff, ensures everything goes smooth for your stay. She speaks politely, humbly, and friendly. Location is near to temple - you'll need to walk around 1km. But you can find many other hostels near to temple (200-300 meter walk."
