Excellent hotel. Staff/food brilliant. Rooms immaculate.

Overall the stay was good. Siddhanth at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Kiran and other team members were also very helpful. Food was good except the Manchow soup which was full of hot chiilies, Aloo paratha and rest of the food was good. Check in was quick and friendly. Next to the reception they have this lovely brass decoration and we just loved it. Hotel is well maintained. Rooms are good size but bathrooms are not designed very well as in our room the shower head was right above the bathroom door entrance and the toilet was inside and all the water went towards the toilet keeping the entire bathroom wet. We had 2 rooms and this poorly designed bathroom is in the triple room, the other room it was ok. So it all depends on the room you will get. We were bit disappointed with the housekeeping staff as there was only a tiny toilet roll in the toilet and we asked for another one ***** with additional bath mat to avoid the water coming out of the bathroom and they gave us an impression as if we had asked too much. They do have parking but I think for limited cars only. Temple is on a walking distance around 0.6km. You can get auto from here to the temple for Rs 50. Double bed size was standard which may be bit tight if you are sharing the bed with a kid, single bed was also standard size. Pillows are too large and uncomfortable, bed was comfortable and linens were clean. They do provide tea/ coffee and comp bottle of water. Our room was triple occupancy however they had provided only one dental kit and one shower cap. Also there was one shaving kit. Would suggest to carry your own shower cap as there is only head shower and the other option is to use the bucket.

Really Good place to stay, Extremely near the Sai Temple and they have a shuttle service for you, game room in the basement is also really good for a group of friends to hang out. Multiple food chains nearby to explore.Fairly urban area to live.

We came to Shirdi and wanted someplace relatively close. The staff was attentive, rooms clean and good food. They had a shuttle service to the temple. The location was peaceful and away from the big tourist spots. They have parking on premises. So would recommend.

The restaurant and its staff – top notch. Great food and friendly service. The bellboys who helped with our luggage were polite and helpful. The game room was also fun. Unfortunately, that’s the only highlight. The rest of the stay was disappointing. Both receptionists were highly unprofessional with terrible communication skills. Basic courtesy was missing. Terrible hospitality. They seemed totally unqualified for the post provided. I booked the Classic Suite Room, but it felt more like a budget lodge. There is no designated parking area, no valet and no security guard( ie around 2pm when I checked in). That being said, when I did meet two of the security guards, they were polite and bid us farewell. According to its booking website, I was supposed to receive a welcome drink, which I didn’t receive. Forget about the drink – there wasn’t even a proper welcoming. Well I don’t know about Maharashtra but generally I receive a call from the hotel before check-in to confirm my whereabouts, but there was no such call from this hotel. Overall, it was disappointing and definitely wasn’t worth the price.

Rooms are neat and clean. Near to temple. Hotel has a good restaurant. Staff at front desk is friendly. Things to improve: Staff in restaurant can be courteous, they just stick to their business with no follow up if guests needs anything else. Had to make three calls to get the used plates out of the room. One guy came and just added some tea bags and just told us that call restaurant. Not sure why can't he just take care of it. After three calls, no one turn out. I had to place them outside on the corridor.
