We have booked two Ac rooms with triple bed . The rooms are too small . We have been in room number 124 and 123. The rooms are not clean and the bed sheet and pillows were so dirty. The good thing about the hotel is, it is near to temple . Rest all I would give 2 star out of 5.:

We booked a nonac room and when we went there, upgraded it to ac room. When we went it, the toilet had water leakage problem. The toilet ventilator had one glass missing. When we asked them about it, they just dismissed it saying it’s ok - we had to stuff a towel so it’s not visible to outside folks. We’ve asked them multiple times to give us hand-washing liquid but never got it. The only advantage of this place is that it’s about 400m from the temple. As for food at the hotel’s restaurant, it’s below average. However there are multiple options in walking distance - so we never really bothered about that

Beautiful rooms and hotel Our journey became even more beautiful by staying in this hotel Baba Ji had a very good darshan and a special note the hotel owner or goibibo gave us a lot of discounts as much as the room was worth the room Room service was much better and the food was very good Bedsheet towel was clean Bathroom soap, all facilities were available for bath and padded quilt Heart became happy

THE ROOM SERVICE IS GOOD AND THE ROOM IS VERY HYGIENIC AND FRESH THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL WE CAME FOR SAIBABA TEMPLE DARSHAN AND THE TEMPLE IS A VERY NEARBY HOTEL WITHIN 5 MIN WALKABLE DISTANCE TO HOTEL AND TEMPLE AND THERE RESTAURANT ALSO VERY GOOD SERVICE PROVIDED TO USE WE FEEL JUST LIKE A HOME THANKS HOTEL ANANDPALACE EVERYTHING IS GOOD NO COMPLAINTS TO HOTEL ANAND PALACE SHIRDI

It was very pleasant to stay at hotel anand palace in shirdi, the staff was very cooperative, even though they did not receive any mail from the company about my booking, they gave me the room, later we talked to customer care and sent them mail, this company's mistake there is a lack of service but the hoteliers gave very good cooperation, clean room, bathroom was also clean, towel soap shampoo tv internet service was also very good and the food was very tasty i would like to go there again and again at the bus stop in front of the hotel and the temple is also very close. The parking for the car was also very big.
