Everything was excellent.....From the checking process, to always smiling staff, extremely accomadating, Friendly. Finding the location (reception) was slightly confusing, but still, it's just a one-time required guidance. Overall A Must Recommended Hotel in Shirdi

I earlier reviewed this hotel way back in 2017. Since then, I've been visiting Shirdi almost every year & staying at this same place - ONLY because of it's locational advantage, which I described in my earlier review. With each passing year, I've observed their declining interest towards maintenance of their property - the rooms, bathrooms, etc. - everything requires a lot of maintenance which I've been pointing out to them each time but to no avail. The room's crumbling furniture, the green fungus of bathroom's sanitary ware - it's not a welcome sight at all ! So much so, they've stopped extending even basic courtesies which they used to earlier - some flexibility in check-out time, an additional bottle of drinking water without a charge (we did'nt ask for a full bucket of the same !) In short, it's all about money, their rigidity towards their so-called policies & least courtesy even towards their regular customers. It's only their locational advantage which they seem to have taken for granted & day is not far when they will charge you even for wishing you upon your arrival - such money minded they've become ! So dear travellers, take your call for choosing this property but do not expect any concessions, flexibility, any basic courtesies, etc. Be prepared for a rigid attitude, as they do not understand the value of a happy customer in today's competitive times of the hospitality industry.

It is oassis of luxury in the heart of shirdi. we stayed there for 2 days only but ware impressed by it's exceptional customer service and clean and spacious rooms. I will visit here with my friends next year. I will recommend this hotel to all the people who want to stay in shirdi the shall visit the hotel onece.

Had an excellent stay at g square on 5th of oct the staff and services ware excellent. We had an happy and satisfying stay we have been to many hotel in shirdi but the atmosphere and the vibe this hotel give us was extraordinary we will love to stay again. Special thanks to sanchit and yogesh ji they ware very helpful.

Excellent location very close to temple you just have to cross the road very convenient for the senior citizens.most friendly and helpful front desk staff. Mr.Yogesh and Mr. Sanchit help us very well. They guide us very nicely for the darshan. Great stay.
