Best Hotel, Value for Money, well behaved staff, hygiene, good food at the restaurant, and promt service by the hotel. Checkin and check out was smooth and they provided best in class services.
Special mention to Amol, who was humble and polite and accommodated our requests as my parents were travelling to Shirdi and they being Senior Citizens, they were well taken care of. Kudos to the hotel staff. It's a must try hotel at Shirdi.

Rooms are good but accessories are broken. They mention luxurious rooms but rooms are not at all luxurious and very much average. AC remotes are not working properly. Swimming pool timings are 7 am to 7 pm which is very inconvenient due to sunlight which creates a lot of tan. Breakfast is good which is buffet and tasty. They charged us approximately 4000 for 28 hrs stay. Over all not at all worth the price.

Food was good but stay was terrible no tissues in room nor in bathroom light ****on not working switches has no power. When i asked for iron that also in a terrible condition my top got burnt due to it. not worth at ths place. Infact 2k is enough for this kind of hotel. Swimming pool is also in terrible condition no cleaning no maintenance of flooring.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was recommended by one of our family friends who stays in shirdi. We had a delicious buffet breakfast which included idle / vada sambhar ****ney, poha, up-ma, bread toast, puri masala. Only a few suggestions like could have included fruit juices since could have been an option for those who don't take beverages like tea coffee.

The property looked new from outside however it's an old set up. Nevertheless our stay was quite good with good onetime service and prompt response.
