Trip.com you need to align with this hotel and make sure you post the correct room details. This hotel only have single, double room and suites. It does not have a triple room as posted on your site. As a customer, if I booked a triple room I would expect a more spacious room with equal size of beds. Not a double bed room with added extra bed.

I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower. The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day. The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way. If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.

The hotel location is very good, easy to get in and out, easy to enter the main attractions, 10-15 minutes walk to the Mok Mosque and the Tomb of the King of Light and several surrounding attractions, the hotel service staff is very responsive, the environment is quiet and clean! There are restaurants for dinner! The Wi-Fi signal is not good, and the mineral water left to the guests is not charged for any instructions, and the guests are unwell!

The hotel is located in the medical area in Shiraz. You can get to all of the attractions by using Taxi. The hotel is clean & neat and the staff are friendly.

Among several hotels, I chose this hotel. Everything was great. If cleanliness is your thing, definitely choose this hotel. They really care about cleanliness. The Breakfast was also okay. There was high-speed Wi-Fi, tea service with cinnamon, biscuits, sugar, candy and chocolate. I am very satisfied with the price I paid. The behavior of the staff are excellent. It is the tallest hotel in Shiraz. Breakfast is on the 24th floor. It is said that there is a sauna, but because it is a man at night, I did not enjoy it for two nights. The food in the western restaurant is also very delicious. It is said that the neighborhood is rich. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the old town, but it is not far.
