Enjoyably relaxing stay! Good Food ..reasonably good service although not many employees can speak English.I enjoy staying with Hoshino Resorts..They never disappoint although the price gets higher and higher as years go by!

The hotel is excellent for service and dining, everyone could enjoy the lake view quietly.

Can't pick even one point not satisfied, everything is perfect. Nice service, food communication with staff, extreme clean and awesome window view. Of course, delicious food! Highly recommended!

The scenery of the hotel is really good. The Sanjiaotang has an outdoor part, where you can enjoy the lake view while taking a bath. It would be even better if it snowed. Moreover, there are not many rooms in the hotel. Even if it is full, there are few people in the hot spring, and the privacy is very good! The room I booked this time has a private hot spring, but the waiter did not explain in detail how to use it when introducing the room, such as how to use the heating equipment and how to open the window. I hope the details can be better and more thoughtful. The food in the hotel tastes OK, but the ingredients are relatively simple. In general, it is a place with few people and beautiful scenery, where you can enjoy the hot springs, but the price is relatively not so cost-effective.

The scenery is stunning, the unique infinity hot spring pool, you can enjoy bathing at the winter lake while enjoying the snow scenery. After bathing in the warm bath, free popsicles are thoughtfully prepared. It is truly a luxurious hot spring trip in Hoshino with two meals a day.

It's pretty no matter where you take pictures. The Semotang hot spring water is also really good, and there are few people in the hotel and few Koreans, so I was able to rest peacefully. The staff are young and can speak English and simple Korean, and they are very kind. One thing that is disappointing is that the dinner/breakfast did not suit our family's taste. It's a shame that we couldn't eat properly because it was expensive.

Be careful when using it to avoid slipping. The food for both meals was average.

There are only four or 42 rooms, each facing the lake. The room we chose has a hot spring, with snow-capped mountains and lake views in the distance. The hot spring is the only one in Japan whose hot spring water is golden. The room is very Big, but the bed is a bit thin. The most famous product here is Bai Lao Beef. You must try it here because in April, the hot spring here needs to be renovated and repaired, so men can only enjoy it for a period of time in the morning, afternoon and evening for women. But they can be used. The other hot spring place has no scenery to speak of, but the hot spring water here is very beautiful and slippery. The staff is very responsible and polite. The dinner is also good, but the portion is a little small! Isolation is a museum, and the Iru people, the original inhabitants of Hokkaido, can go and see it when they have time.
