There is a little beauty at the front desk who can provide Chinese services, and the location is very clean. It is very convenient to take the bus here. We didn't stay on the beach for too long. We booked a tatami room that can sleep 4 people. When we went there, we took the JR from Wakayama to Shirahama and then the bus. When we came back, we took the high-speed bus, which was right in front of the hotel and went directly to JR Namba. The price was also much cheaper, which was much more convenient than taking the train back to Osaka.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

Very nice hotel with fantastic view as I booked ocean view . Breakfast has wide range of choice n even I take for 2 days will still able to enjoy . The inside room internet was weak though the lounge area was stronger .

Fantastic value for what you get. Although you’re room is in a building next to the main hotel you can use all of the facilities which include hot springs, the swimming pool and sauna. It’s also close enough to the beach to walk and there’s a bus stop right outside.

It would be worthwhile if it was a good season, but now it's off-season and the price is about 2000 per night. With the sea breeze, the whole night is filled with wind noise. In addition, there is an engine noise in the room at night, which seems to be coming from the engine room or somewhere else. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive. We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.
