Hotels Near JR Kii-Tonda Station in Shirahama

I stayed for a night before on a business trip and went to Shirahama Airport. It was the Fukubishi main store of Wakayama inscription kagura, just after getting off at Shirahama pier on the bus from Shirahama station. It was an inexpensive hotel for Shirahama, so I didn't expect much, and the appearance was small and old, and the reception was one now, but is the room renovated? I was surprised at the room of a very beautiful resort hotel. Moreover, the bathroom saw the port and was able to soak in the bathtub while watching the dawn. However, in the bathroom in the room, the hot spring cannot be used, and the hot spring bath is a reservation system.

A very magical hotel, I only found out that it was ”nobody hotel” 😂 From check-in to check-out, I haven't seen one person for three days. Maybe it's because of the off-season relationship? The whole hotel seems to be only us staying in 🫣 Basically all of them are made by themselves, and I experienced a Japanese-style bed 🫢. Because it can be rented for a long time, it feels more like an apartment, not a hotel 😆 with microwave cooking utensils available 👍 The environment is really worth 5 points 👏, but the strong smell at the door (estimated to be the smell of hot spring water) may not be acceptable to everyone, but for me, my room can't smell it.😌 Please note that I am a room on the 3rd floor. I can't receive the hotel wifi. If you have this consideration, you must pay attention to 😉 but for this price...what else to consider 💭😆

Ah, おじいさん at the front desk is really serious. He speaks Japanese English very seriously. Because it is serious, sometimes it seems to be serious. They are actually very friendly people. I watched and bowed when I checked out, so I was not used to it. The room is a bit old, but the room is spacious. The facilities should be there. The location is near the three sections of the scenic spot. You can walk to a Lawson convenience store. You can buy a one-day and two-day ticket for local buses at Shirahama Station. Comes with timetable and coupons.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the beach. Its is a stand alone building on the main road close to a convenience store and has free parking. A few stalls are right right outside, so very convenient for lugging your belongings.It is also walking distances to a few restaurants and a public bath is close by. The staff Mr Lee greeted us and is very friendly and informative. Our room is located on the 2/F with a balcony. Reasonable spacious, comfortable twin bed and sheets with good size bath and a table for sitting and space to open up luggages. Its has double glass and to our surprise not noisy at all. We had one of the best night sleep in Wakayama. Price is very reasonable. The day we stayed I was not well and it was raining so missed the chance to swim in the famous Shirahama beach. Would definitely stay in the same place if I have the chance to return.

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

It seems to be written in scattered 々, but the room was not particularly problematic (the room key is certainly hard to open). ３ It is good to put in a hot spring place, and the bus stop, convenience store and restaurant are also close and convenient. Because the location of the hotel is relatively remote, I have to drive by myself. The hotel is built on the mountain. The parking lot is a slope away from the reception desk. When checking in and leaving the hotel, the waiter will use the Golf car to carry guests and luggage to the parking lot and the reception desk. The check-in record is very simple, just report the reservation name, no registration and deposit are required. The waiter will take the initiative to send the luggage to the room via the stairs, and will not bother the guests at all. The service is first-class. Although the space in the room is slightly thin, it is still enough. The room was clean and well maintained. In summary, private hot springs and hotel services on the guest terrace are selling points 👍🏻

Right next to Kiitanabe Station. The hotel is located on the 3rd to 5th floors of a 6-story building facing Ekimae-dori. Although the appearance is colorful, the building is aged and the interior is slightly dirty. There are no washlets or wake-up call facilities. Yukata is nightwear. Television reception is poor, and one commercial station has intermittent images. 5,300 yen per night for a single stay on the day before a holiday. This level is unavoidable because it is a local city with few competing hotels.
