川久酒店第三次入住自助晚餐吸引，起愛食牛的朋友不容錯過，甜品豐富。早餐有很多選擇，酒店內有很多打咭位，房間寬廣。最近這次入住發現很多服務員來至台灣，韓國，越南所以溝通沒有問題。今次朋友們第一次到訪，吃了自助晚餐後想加住多一晚有吃不完的食物。

初めて宿泊しましたが、内装の豪華さに驚きました。中世のお城に来たようでした。 部屋に案内されて、一見素敵でしたが暫くすると風の音がなんの部屋か解りませんが カーテン越しにゴーゴー聞こえてきました。当日は風が凄く窓が開いてるのではと思いましたが謎の部屋は吹き抜けになっており、その上部から聞こえてきます。フロントに連絡しましたら早速、施設関係の方が見てくれましたが当日は治りそうも無いとの事でした。 暫くしてフロントから連絡があり別の部屋に案内してくれました。 素敵な部屋で良かったです。ただ、其だけではなく夕食時ドリンクのサービスもして頂き ビックリしました。尚且つチェックアウト後、車に乗り込んだ際、プレゼントまで頂きました。印象を悪くさせないと言うホテル側のポリシーが最初から最後まで一貫されていました。今の時代カスハラも多いですが、常識的なクレームに対しては、誠意を尽くされて居ました。今度また機会があれば、お邪魔したいと存じます。 ありがとうございました。

ホテル川久さんを利用するにあたっては、たくさんのSNSをみてグレードとお値段を照らし合わせて、ロイヤルスイートを選びました。またお部屋のインテリアもそれぞれに違うようで、好みでないテイストのお部屋だといやだなと思っていたら、なんと！you tubeで見て「このお部屋がいいな」と思っていたそのお部屋に滞在することができました！ それだけで満足度が高かったです。 あの「王様のビュッフェ」もyou tubeをみて「そう期待してはいけない」と言い聞かせてのぞみましたが、どのお料理も質の良いお材料で、一品一品丁寧につくられていて大変おいしかったです。 シーズン中はほぼメニューは同じようですが、２日目の夕食には「連泊のお礼です」とイセエビの具足煮をいただきました。お心遣いもうれしくよい思い出になりました。 お風呂に関しては、情報も少なく加水で循環式と聞いていたので、そう期待していませんでしたが、結果「王様のお風呂」と名付けました。加水とはいえ後々までかすかに硫黄のにおいが衣服に残る温泉でした。邸宅リビングバスというだけあって、空間デザインがよいだけでなく、最初に体を洗ってから温泉やサウナを楽しむという理にかなった動線となっていました。いたるところにふんだんにふかふかのタオルが用意してあり、高級感を感じました。 ２泊しましたが、雨のせいもありほとんどホテル内で過ごしましたが、この温泉でゆったりと過ごし、部屋の好きな場所で本を読んだり、館内の美術品を見て歩いたりで、退屈せずに過ごしました。 川久を堪能しようと思うと、２泊は必要かなと思いました。

３年前に宿泊し、今回は連泊。 明らかに王様のビュッフェの料理の質と品数が大幅に悪く減っていること、スタッフの笑顔が少なくなっている、ビュッフェに小さな子供や年配客が多く、子供の泣き声や年配客の大きな話し声や笑い声を注意しない、空いた食器を片付けないなど、ホテルとしてのクオリティが総合的に下がっている。 高額な料金を払って行きたいホテルではもうなくなっていると感じた。もうたぶん二度と行かないと思う。 白浜では他のホテルを探したい。
