The room is tidy and clean and our stay was comfortable. The onsen and the dining place are somewhere down the hill which have to walk a few minutes to get to it. Overall, we recommended a short stay there.

Overall was a good experience and nice environment, food was good.
Improvement:-
It will be good to have buggy service for customers regardless of time as some of us may have big and many luggages to carry by hand to the room.
It will be better to have more different variety and choice of dinner food the next day, as we were dining two days with almost same food.

All the staff were very kind.
We were provided with fresh fish from Toretore Market and had a delicious breakfast.
The market was close by, so we could enjoy the hot springs and there was no problem finding souvenirs or food. We were able to relax.
Next time, I'd like to come with my family.

It's really not worth the price. I booked over 1,000, but there wasn't even a bed in the room, so I had to sleep on the floor. The bedding was damp, the walls were peeling, and the carpet was filthy. The staff was very strange. When I checked in, they registered my room with my friend's and left my Japanese mobile number. Then my friend and his friends smoked in the room and contacted me, asking me to pay a 30,000 yuan cleaning fee. It wasn't me who smoked, and the hotel knew it wasn't my room, but they still kept harassing me and demanding money in a very aggressive manner. Speechless 😑

The hotel is very special. It is an independent house with an original arched structure. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The waiters are very polite. There is a convenience store separated from the front desk. There is a restaurant not far away that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The charges are not expensive and the food is delicious. The only drawback is that it rains.
