A bit dated and out of the way. Air-conditioning is insufficient in the lobby. But things work OK. View is fine. Breakfast is good and full of options.

酒店在白冰的位置是不錯的在白良賓和千疊層的中間（徒步兩個景點都在十分鐘左右）從千疊層再往前走十幾分鍾就到三段壁。從房間的窗户往外面看就看到白良浜的白沙灘。但可能是住的人少原因和房間有點舊了，房間裏有點味道（因為有小蟲子不能開窗户）。但是前台有一位姓莊的服務人員（同胞）特別熱情和認真，我們要去熊野古道體驗一下徒步和參觀三大神社。他給我們詳細的列出一個計劃（幾點出發？在哪裡轉車？可以到哪幾個地點？全部打印出來並且仔細地告訴我們）非常好的一個安排。我們早上吃完早餐抓緊8:00就出發晚上8:00多才返回，並在對面的半島酒店旁的網紅餐廳吃到了一餐比較好價錢又親民的日式料理。

酒店的位置在白濱的新湯崎公交車站附近，下車後上個斜坡就可以到達，由於在山坡上，所以海景房間的景觀不錯，可以鳥瞰白良濱沙灘。步行到白良濱沙灘大概15分鐘，途中經過白濱海鮮市場和全家便利店。酒店配置餐廳，早餐較為簡單但口味可以接受，晚餐是套餐共三款可挑。
和樣式客房是雙床加榻榻米加陽台的佈置，兼顧起居和睡眠的功能，衞生間有浴缸，比較舒適。
酒店一樓有大浴場，室內温泉區有功能按摩區，冰熱二元池和室外泡池，算是比較大。一層有專門的位置供客人挑選免費浴衣、咖啡茶包和一次性洗漱用品。
10月4日剛好臨近的田邊海邊是一年一度的花火大會，在酒店的客服陽台居然可以看到煙花匯演，離開時酒店前台幫忙寄存行李和呼叫出租車，這次入住十分滿意。

比較小的和式房間，但是能看海，周邊沒有什麼餐飲，需要走一段路，經過海邊。酒店有店員可以説中文，交流無障礙。
邊上酒店是個極佳的落日觀賞點。
離川崎湯很近，酒店本身的温泉品質就很好，和川崎湯系出同源。
在酒店陽台看海喝啤酒很美。
