房間不錯，乾淨衞生，風景也不錯，就是衞生間的自動燈不能控制，晚上起夜之後會亮好久，給我們帶來來比較大的困擾

我一進酒店，前台的工作人員就滿臉笑容地迎接我。她説話特別親切，就像多年的老友。辦理入住手續的時候，還細心地給我介紹酒店的各種設施和周邊好玩的地方。在酒店裡，不管是遇到保潔阿姨還是其他工作人員，都會主動跟我打招呼。我不小心把房卡弄丟了，打電話給前台，工作人員很快就給我重新做了一張，還安慰我説沒事兒，這種感覺真的太暖心了。就好像回到自己家，家人隨時都會照顧你一樣，在這裏住得那叫一個舒坦。

三年前來住過此酒店，各方面還不錯，這次開來石泉玩，其他的酒店沒考慮直接入住該酒店，讓人很失望，我們夫妻兩人半夜三更被熱醒，無法入睡，給前台打了三次電話反映情況，沒有解決，等於住到該酒店一夜無法入睡，花錢買罪受，説的包含早飯，去了餐廳衹有麪條和混沌兩種沒的選，感覺極差！

房間很適合家庭入住，4個人住選擇家庭房B很棒，前台服務很好，我們第一次打電話停車找不到停車場，後面找到了，前台還很細心的又打電話過來詢問有沒有找到停車位，暖心的服務，但是5月1號的早餐廳服務員很不禮貌，去吃早餐了，想吃份餛燉，人家很無奈的給我説，我們早餐都是自助！那我請問不是應該有阿姨在裏面給客人煮麪煮東西嗎？還是讓客人自己煮，她又很無奈的説好吧我給你弄，就。。。很無奈，確實餐廳就那一個小姑娘忙前忙後，我想説人手不足可以給餐廳加派一些人手，估計就不會導致這個小姑娘這種態度，整體都很好，少給一分給餐廳

房間乾淨，智能化，訂的是標準豪華間，非常贊👍江景房窗户超大彩光好，在酒店都可以看見漢江，酒店裡乘船點很近很方便，離古城也不算遠步行能接受，省去開車古城停車太難了，酒店附近有小廣場晚上特別熱鬧。還有一家火鍋味道很好。總之非常好滿意滿意，推薦朋友下次來還選這裏。
