多次入住，小鎮很安逸，保安指引也比較負責，房間也算是後柳最好的，但是衞生方面還是要加強哦，上面有被打死的蟲子屍體～

江景房環境還是可以的。洗澡熱水不是很熱。早上出門叫阿姨打掃衞生，下午3點才來。剛好帶娃回去睡覺。讓下午來，也沒有再來。沒辦法給娃洗澡，水不是很熱。離景點很近。距離石泉古街30分鐘車程。後柳水鄉坐船步行就能到。

酒店環境位置非常好，房間寬敞明亮，窗外就是漢江和山景，步行過去就能遊船，逛後柳古鎮，服務態度很好。不足之處是設施和用具有些陳舊簡單，畢竟是這裏最好的酒店。

房間乾淨衞生，視野極佳，出遊特別方便，樓下就是景區，而且價格實惠，石泉旅遊的不二選擇！出行至各個景點都很方便！

整體稍微老舊一點，不過在後柳應該是很不錯的酒店了，地理位置非常好，出行方便，去雁山瀑布之需要8分鐘，去中壩峽谷也很近，去後柳坐船步行就能到，就是酒店隔音不好 早上別人在走廊説話都能聽的很清楚

空調比較差，從8樓空調不製冷，換到十樓能稍微好點。這方面是和服務是真的不行，帶着兩個孩子，一般來説都給升個房型，或者換個景觀好點的房間。有房間呢也不説給換，淡季寧可空着不給協調。算了，我單純覺得服務水平有待提高。

酒店位於石泉縣後柳鎮，距城區18公里，酒店周圍環境幽美，旁邊有一河流，河水清澈，水面平靜，晨曦微光，雲霧繚繞，如詩如畫。酒店服務熱情周到。

環境：環境優美，安逸，依山傍水。最神奇的是竟然沒有蚊子。
服務：服務態度熱情，到位。
衞生：乾淨整潔，由於在水邊的原因，剛進門略有潮濕的味道，開窗通風，很快就好了。
設施：設施整理還行。在此給康佳電視一個大差評，用户協議彈出後竟然無法進行任何操作。
