After chatting with a local civil servant, I learned that the Stone Carving Kingdom hotel has the best reputation among locals! Friends who are locals must book this hotel. No wonder this hotel has been open for so long and has so few online reviews. It turns out that it is often booked offline. I couldn't book it online the last two times.
