The staff is really kind and caring, it was the highlight of our stay here. The hotel includes fruit and tea as a welcome gesture, this was a really nice touch. We stayed here to be close to the thermal park, and indeed it was a mere 7 minute walk. We purchased the entrance tickets in the hotel and a discount of approximately 30 RMB was applied.

1大堂節假日進去黑黑的不開燈 2服務員沒系統培訓過 互不相識 還議論顧客 3酒店環境網絡環境圖片僅供參 考4附近吃早餐可不方便 酒店連個基本早餐都沒有。5房間投影用不了。6衞生間居然是個推蓮門。來過石阡温泉幾次 要不是改行程 其他滿分房肯定不會訂這的。

一出高速往右拐就到了，就在街上很好找，大廳很漂亮，房間雅緻文藝，十分乾淨整潔，有一種香味，還挺滿意的。有停車場，設施這些也很新，但是房間臨街所以有點小吵。

我們是一家人過來旅遊的，網上搜了一下看到了這家酒店，就選擇了他們家，位置特別的好找，停車場也寬敞好停車，對於我這種新手來説超級喜歡，大堂的裝修是我喜歡的風格，簡約大氣，前台小哥哥和小姐姐很有禮貌，服務很到位，因為天冷，一進門就給我們安排了暖暖的薑茶，辦理入住也很快，大堂到房間這段路程能夠感受到他家衞生非常乾淨，進到房間更是耳目一新，床上用品很乾凈，重點是空調很給力，我們美美的睡了一覺，早餐也特別給力，都是我喜歡的，很滿意的一次入住體驗吧，下次來這裏還住他家
