酒店環境不錯，衞生整潔，特別是服務人員超級好超級温柔！！！每次到大廳，前台姐姐們都會主動微笑打招呼。晚上的時候多要了一套洗漱用品，客房服務直接送了一整套毛巾和洗漱，很貼心很到位。住的很開心！！

非常糟糕，非常失望，主要是空調噪音，圍着中庭的房間沒法睡（9416，9417，9418，9419，9428，9429，9430，9431），我住的9417，半夜三點起來看，好幾間房間都沒睡，間隔太近，空調噪音混響，猶如飛機起飛的聲音，看我照片就知道了，記住好評不一定真實，但差評一定實事求是。半夜打了兩次電話到前台，喊自己下去免費領耳塞，住了很多酒店，還是頭一次需要耳塞，根本沒法入睡，迷迷糊糊一晚上。你説設備設施與酒店價格掛鈎也就認了，但你得保證顧客睡眠的權利吧！本人不接受酒店的任何解釋。
