We went to the Wychwood inn for Sunday lunch for a special occasion and it was so lovely! Wonderful atmosphere, the food was delicious and generous portions. The drinks were perfect too. My dad said it was the best roast he's ever had! Would definitely go back.

We found this really nice pub while driving past sight seeing . Good food and pleasant efficient staff. We had a nice lunch here, while staying locally in Bruern. Recommended for couples or families with children and dogs. I had the scampi and chips, my wife had the sausage and chips.

Stayed 2 nights. Had room 5, with 4-poster bed. Nice room with good lighting. En-suite bathroom spacious with roll-top bath and separate shower. The bath was a real squeeze for two, but shower was wonderfully hot. Main disappointment was the bed - mattress very soft, and sloping - meant for not a great sleep. Breakfast decent for a small establishment. A selection of cereals, yogurt, pastries and cooked breakfast.

A hidden gem which impressed in terms of accommodation, service & staff. Beautiful rooms (we had the 4 poster), lovely garden area with pizza oven. You know it’s good when the locals use it too! Outstanding breakfast of locally sourced produce & the most helpful staff who are happy to give suggestions of where/what to visit in the local area. Will definitely come again!

Mouldy bathroom and bedroom walls very unhealthy. Arrogant entitled owner with nil customer service skills.. terrible pillows hard old bed. Grossly overpriced pub food. Nothing like pictures used to advertise. One wonders about UK accreditation for pubs ?…

Nice Pub and B&B although rooms are noisy from the street as well as other guest rooms and the pub below. So if you want a quiet place or are noise sensitive it’s not your place. The furniture is English standard and rather dated. Service is good and mostly friendly, breakfast is also rather standard. If you don’t need to sleep exactly in this village there better options in the Cotswolds.

The rooms are very basic and if you want to work at a desk on your laptop think again, the desk is for a brush and the chair or stool I had was so uncomfortable. Value for money absolutely not. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation for the money. If you want a breakfast early forget it as it’s not served before 8am doesn’t say that on the advertisement.

We went to this pub for our wedding anniversary. The accommodation and food were excellent. The staff were both polite and friendly and the service first class. Thank you all for a pleasant stay. We will certainly be returning.
