Cedar Court Bradford Hotel

The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole. Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold. Large free car park.

Our business meeting at Cedar Court was made exceptional by the exemplary service provided by Naz and Farhana. From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.

Excellent service, the staff are always on hand to help, super friendly too. Rooms are sqeaky clean with a good selection to choose from. Easy access point to leeds, Bradford and surrounding areas, making any work trip easy. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Farzara & Jackie were excellent at looking after us at our corporate event. They were extremely helpful & made sure we were looked after, they also kept to the timings of when we wanted teas/coffee & lunch. Highly recommend using the Cedar Court Hotel for your corporate event!

Our charity The Navigators used the meeting rooms at Cedar Court back in February and I was so impressed with the staff - Jackie and Fabzan. I had to make some changes to room layout (and also switched rooms). They could not have been more helpful and accommodating and really took the time to understand how we wanted to use the space. Thanks Jackie and Fabzan!

This is our second stay at cedar Court our first time, I'm sad to say was disappointing, however, now under new management. We were welcomed with smiles from the start, staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were in an accessable room, this is in need of updating, they had a floating toilet, not really suitable for wheelchair users, and more grip rails were needed beside toilet, also hand held shower hose as apposed to fix shower head would be better, also, better accessable light switches and grip rail in the bedroom area would be useful, however the hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Room was large and bed very comfortable, slept like a log. Very clean. One of the best policy we have ever experienced was their attention to safety when it came to their disabled guests. A personalised emergency evacuation plan catered to my husbands needs, (he's in a wheelchair and is an amputee) a wonderful host manager showed where to go in the event of a fire, what my husband would need and how could they help was the focus of the plan. We have stayed both in Europe and the USA and have never come across this. Well done! They have a new menu, we had family come to stay at Cedar Court and nothing was too much in making sure we enjoyed our meal recommending items. Staff arranged tables so we could all sit together. There was a full event in their ballroom but you not have known it we were treated like we were their honoured guests . We were very sorry to end our stay and can't wait to come back. Great team, the managers should be very proud

I recently attended an event at cedar court hotel.I immensely impressed with the service provided by Naz and Uzma. Naz dealt with the quarries prior to the event and Uzma on the day.Both of the ladies were very professional and provided an exceptional service. I will definitely be using this hotel again and I would highly recommend it.
