I have stayed here many times and I really like this one-stop service hotel where I don’t have to worry about anything, buffets for three meals a day, enthusiastic ski instructors, and free high-level performances in the evening.

First of all, it is so considerate to have Chinese service when you arrive at the store👍Special thanks to NaNa for the warm hospitality
Secondly, the room is very big and full of Japanese style. There is also a traditional Japanese bath and sauna in the hotel, which is quite comfortable.
Furthermore, you can choose from group lessons or private lessons for skiing. I booked a private lesson on the spur of the moment, and the coach even helped take photos.
Finally, there are two restaurants for food, both buffet and ordering.
It's a pity that this trip is a bit short. I will leave more time next time❄️❄️❄️

I would like to thank Regional Executive Chef Ivan Tam-Fok for going out of his way to make sure that my kid that fell ill had a proper dinner. Even though it was past the dinner time, he went into the kitchen and prepared a variety of hot food to feed my kid who had missed dinner as she was unwell and resting in the room. The next few days, he continued to check on us and the kids. Truly appreciate of him checking in on us. He even arranged a special dinner for our family at Mina Mina. He definitely deserve many praises for delivering such excellent hospitality. Special shoutout to Ski Instructor Mads (from Denmark) a, who made the stay and ski lessons really fun and memorable for my kids. He even woke up early to send us off. Diego (from Chile) who shared his technical knowledge in ski and made the lessons enjoyable. Club Med Sahoro should look into the ventilation at the main restaurant as our clothes would smell of the oil/food.

Tagged along my sis and her son to my first ever club med trip, was not expecting much as I always thought club med is only for family. However my experience in Sahoro definitely changed my view on club med. Had some amazing time with the community there. Met great riders from the snowboard classes here and we just hang out around the bar after class, it was a chill and warm community. Instructors are great, especially Miguel and Figo from snowboard 3&4. They are both very experienced, and I particularly like how they can use very simple concept to correct our moves, and to encourage us to push our limits! It was really nice to do the powder runs with them and I definitely will miss the community and the instructors, staff here. If I have to pick on one thing about this experience compare to my usual Niseko / Rusutsu trips, is that the runs are relatively shorter and the gondola only runs from 9-3:30. One chair lift closes at 4 for a green slope. So it’s shorter slope time here. PS- there is no onsen in this hotel but public hot bath, which for the indoor one, operates 24 hours. You still get hot and cold bath to relax your muscles, just not natural onsen.

Although the resort is not big, it cozy and well-maintained. Its ski tracks are very suitable for beginners. Easy accessibility to the ski area and easy to walk to all facilities. The ski equipment is also very new and well maintained. The rental process was seamless. The best part of the resort is the kids club which takes good care of the kids from drop off at 9:30 am till pickup at around 4 pm. So parents get to enjoy their ski time workout worry.
