The resort, the restaurants, the cloud were all great. But the access by JR train was so bad because there's no elevator. Because of my nationality i cannot drive and rent a car in Japan so i had to take the train to go to this resort. To go to the other platform, we had to take the stairs while carrying our heavy luggage. Unlucky me i just had a spine surgery and i actually should not carry heavy weight luggage but i have no options and i am with my mother who is over 60 she also had to carry heavy weight luggage through the stairs. Maybe its our bad due to the misinformation on our side that the station is like this, but just a little note for travelers who cannot rent a car to go to this resort. Either JR or Hoshino Resort maybe could invest a little for elevator or maybe assign some porter who could help just in case there are some customers with health problems like me or older people.

I came here for the second time, this time with my children and the elderly. Surrounded by nature, the original ecology is overflowing. This time I booked risonare, the service and facilities are top-notch. There are a lot of people queuing up at the forest restaurant in the evening. I ate there for two consecutive days, and the dishes were a bit monotonous. I should bring my children there again, and the whole family is very satisfied. An excellent paradise.

Not a place for foreign tourists To experience the feeling of local Japan It is a good value for money accommodation. From Furano to New Chitose It was good as a last night route. There is no open-air bath, so don't expect hot springs. Sauna was used as a charter It's old, but it's very clean with no dust in every corner. Since it is a cabin in the forest, even in winter, ladybugs are indoors. It was also fun to be with nature. The bedding is soft and the stove is warm. Surprisingly, I was surprised that the interior of the room was warm. The owner is kind and comfortable overnight! If you are a foreigner who can speak simple Japanese Try the real Japanese traditional culture experience!

I needed somewhere to stay overnight in that area and didn’t have a lot of choice. Hotel is clean, but service is bad. For example. I had to pay for my dinner when I checked out but they refused to accept a credit card as it was less than 3,000 JPY (cost 2,880 JPY) so made me pay cash. You also have to take your shoes off to go into the hotel lobby which is very inconvenient especially if you are staying in a different building over the road and only going to L front desk for some small thing.

Anyone interested in this Ing Tomamu hotel, I believe it must be going to the Hoshino ski resort and looking for other hotels. I went to the Hoshino ski resort at the end of January and stayed at ING Tomamu. The ING location is 5 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from Hoshino. It is really not a joke. The boss grandfather will arrange a shuttle to and from the train station or Hoshino. As long as you make an appointment with your grandfather, the three places are definitely a problem. But there are no shops around, so you don't have to want to eat a bowl of ramen or buy daily necessities around. The hotel is the antique Japanese style, not a new hotel. But there are restaurants, public bathrooms, toilets and indoor hot springs. There is also a piano, which can show your skills. The room is slightly thinner, but I go to the ski resort all day, and I don’t have time to stay in the room. The indoor and outdoor environment is refreshing, very clean, very comfortable, and the cleanliness is full. Breakfast and dinner served, the presentation and taste are very good. The most commendable is that the boss family is very kind, very polite and very good service. See a lot of award-winning service medals. It is a great choice not to require a hotel on the floor.

It would be very inconvenient to go from the B&B to Hoshino Resorts without a car. The host, Takashi, will pick you up and drop off the whole journey. It is a round trip to Hoshino Resorts and the train station, so you don’t have to worry about transportation problems at all. You will be charged appropriately. Takashi also helped us buy discounted cable car tickets for Unkai in advance, saving us the trouble of buying tickets on the spot. The bus from Hoshino to Nakafurano requires reservation, and Takashi contacted us very efficiently. Takashi speaks Chinese, so communication was no problem at all. This trip to Hoshino Resorts went very smoothly, thank you👍

When we arrived at the JR station, there was a blue bus staff who would pick us up there. It took us only a few minutes to get to the hotel. We would be served drinks and hot towels while we were waiting. We hadn't checked in yet and it was time for dinner. The staff asked us to go eat first. There were many varieties. After we were full, we went to the front desk. The staff patiently explained various activities and then sent us to the room. I have to complain about this. I found that you must say no to the room number starting with 3. It's better to change it to 2. The room starting with 3 is too far away. The room we were given is really in a corner, just the farthest tail room! The front desk also said that our suite is all over there, but I don't believe it. It's absolutely treated differently. This is a bit unpleasant. The room at the back is still very large. I don't want to bother, so let's just leave it like this. Every day, the baby can be sent to the mini camp, and the adults can participate in adult cycling and archery, etc. Anyway, it's very happy. Don't worry about eating. You can have 5 meals without afternoon tea, so you will never be hungry. There are various activities in the theater every afternoon and evening, which are dazzling and full of praise.
