Room is so spacious. Many activities to do. Should at least stay 2 nights. The minamina beach is awesome. Breakfast is a bit hectic. The room has no AC during winter.

First time travelling with my baby boy and the experience at The Risonare was wonderful. Full of fun activities, beautiful environment. The view was spectacular , my husband and I even got some time to pamper ourselves . Our room was spacious but the living room and corridor was quite old though. Given the price of our room, this is the only one thing we didn’t enjoy so much .

The entire experience was fantastic! From the hospitality of the service staff to the attention to details, the entire experience was impeccable and really made our stay a memorable one. Will be back again definitely.

If you have budget , would recommend to stay here. Large room with nice view and sauna and jacuzzi. Very suitable for family and ski lovers, where you can go anywhere by skiing.Recommend to have breakfast at SORA

Overall feeling: This resort is not worth the price. 70% of the guests are Chinese. I feel like they have done a lot of marketing in China. I feel like I have been cheated. Pros: The room is big. The children like the smiling pool very much. The scenery is also OK (but any ski resort in Hokkaido has such scenery). Cons: The facilities are very old and the level of domestic guest houses. The food is 60 points, not bad nor delicious. Another point is that we booked two rooms for 4 people, but we actually went with 4 people and 2 8-year-old children. We also had two rooms in Sapporo. I gave 6 passports without any additional fees. When we arrived here, we also gave 6 passports and charged 15,000 RMB for three nights. In fact, I think no one cares if we give 4 passports. You can buy tickets for the Smiling Beach, Ice Town, and the Mountain Cable Car separately. It depends on the individual. It’s a bit painful to charge 15,000 RMB for two children for three nights.

I came here for the second time, this time with my children and the elderly. Surrounded by nature, the original ecology is overflowing. This time I booked risonare, the service and facilities are top-notch. There are a lot of people queuing up at the forest restaurant in the evening. I ate there for two consecutive days, and the dishes were a bit monotonous. I should bring my children there again, and the whole family is very satisfied. An excellent paradise.

The hotel room is very big and the scenery is beautiful. The room has a massage pool and a sauna room, which is very surprising. The resort is very big and you can take a stroll. The hotel staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is also very good. There are many hotel facilities. I only stayed for one day and couldn't fully enjoy it. Nozomi can come again next time.

Luckily, we upgraded to a five-person room. There were too many beds and we didn't know how to sleep.

There are also many supporting dining facilities, but the menu configuration of the morning and evening buffets is not quite in line with the hotel's standards! It's a really nice place. However, it is a difficult place to get to without a car. All the programs run by the hotel are good. Above all, nature is so nice.
