This ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ ﾙｰﾑ has three types (ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ, ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ､ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ) and ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ and ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ are also 18m2, ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140 cm, so you can feel relaxed as a general ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙ. The building is reasonably old, but it is well managed, so both the bathroom and the living room are kept clean and I think you can stay comfortably. I had a small clean room facing the trees on the 3rd floor, was here after a red-eye flight so checked in at 11 am and checked out 3 hours later, was happy with the experience Food & drinks. Looked like there were some restaurants nearby. Best to have car to get around Prices. Good /great value at US$115 Rating. 4/5

Living in a business hotel for more than half a year, Furukawa here is the lowest. I stayed at this hotel with several people but the reputation is very bad. Some people had insects. I thought my room was old but there was no insect. But the staff's response was too bad and I came to my head. In addition, I see the bad attitude of foreign staff. It is located close to the east exit of Utsunomiya Station, but the east exit is under construction related to LRT, and it must be moved around. The construction is scheduled to be until August 2022. The surrounding area is quiet compared to the west exit, but there are minimal convenience stores, taverns, and confectionery shops.
