I have booked the Deluxe Room to The Hosteller Shimla Mall road One. But the experience was terrible. I was not contacted by the Hosteller team day before the booking day to guide. Also the room was very dirty including bedsheet to pillow. Also no power back up available at the property for power cut and lots of power cut was there. I have to check out by 11 AM in morning and there is no power from 7 to 10:30. How should I get ready. Also if you have to contact for any help there is no intercom facility you just need to used Their some inhouse app. Terrible Experience. The staff was not supportive also.Please avoid The Hosteller property.

The hostel rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. It’s a 20-minute steep-ish walk from the lift, and I had to take a cookie to bring my luggage up to the hostel. However, the location is perfect as all the main attractions are within walking distance.

Comfortable stay and the staff was very friendly👍👍 we went on a friends trip and the ambience of the hostel was pretty good. The location was near mall road and easily accessible. The room had all the necessary facilities and food is also available inside the hostel premises.

had a wonderful stay at Hosteeller Shimla! The place was incredibly hygienic, and the overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly. One of the highlights for me was the cleanliness of the washroom, which is something I value a lot when traveling. The food was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the comfort of the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shimla.

Stay was amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful. All amenities were same as shown in the photos. The place is within walking distance from all major tourist attraction like mall road, church etc. overall a nice and comfortable stay.
