The property is just few km away from the Shimla city.The property is very beautiful and very well maintained. Everything is just wow.The staff is very much professional and helpful in all manner.Special mention Mr.Kuldeep Sharma and Dikshit who helped us in all manner without any hesitation.These people are the real asset. The rooms are clean and cozy during the night time.The view is amazing. It was a pleasant staying at snow valley. Thanks to whole team as remembering all the names is not possible.Thanks to all.

Here the receptionst Sangita Negi is so sweet, on last moment I asked her to decorate two rooms and she did at her best and the surprise was awesome, she is so sweet I thank her for everything she did our experience was so much great we had a splendid time here!

This was our second visit at snow valley heights. The hospitality is to next level. Rooms are very neat and clean with good amenities. The staff is very much helpful. Food is very good and delicious. The view is very good from the rooms.... Thanks to the whole team for taking good care of us. Will come back again as this is the only choice for us whenever we visit Shimla again

We had such a excellent experience at Hotel Snow Valley heights. The ambiance was charming. Welcome drinks (Kawa)was served during check in. The check in process was smooth and quick. The rooms are centrally heated and very cozy comfortable and neat and clean .The staff is very nice and helpful. The view from the rooms is awesome and you van witness sunrise and sunset both. We had great time in this restaurant, top level food with incredible service. Kudos to the chef and the service team. They have a small kid zone for children. The entire experience was wonderful. We have seen good teamwork which is very rare everything was done in a single call. I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family.

The stay at snow valley heights is memorable. As we got to know about this hotel by our friends, they suggested us to visit once. The hotel is on top of the hill with magnificent view of hills and the city Shimla. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server was very calm and accommodating, ensuring every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options that were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly from the reception to service and housekeeping. Service was quick. We would like to come again and recommend this property for the hospitality offered by the staff.

The stay at snow valley heights was very awesome. We liked everything from breakfast to the way the staff welcomed us, room services, cleanliness. It is located just few km from Shimla in between the hills. I would like to appreciate the hotel staff for their wonderful hospitality. All of the staff from the front desk through to restaurant and housekeeping were fantastic and friendly and helpful. They take care of each and every small requirement. The room service is quick. Chef actually provide the food as per your taste. Buffet spread was good. The property is well maintained and very clean. We had a room with a balcony which afforded great views over the mountains. Taxis were provided in very good rates for local sightseeing tours in an efficient manner using well maintained cars and well manner drivers. One of our best place to stays in mountains if you are coming to Shimla.We would highly recommend this hotel for a nice and comfortable stay.

The property is amazing with very good mountain view from the rooms.Clean and hygienic rooms and washroom with good amenities.We enjoyed the food in prospect.Staff is very good and professionally trained . Parking space available for cars. Property is centrally heated.Enjoyed the bonfire under the sky at the rooftop.Will highly recommend this to our friends.
