The staff is quite supportive. Food quality was awesome, restaurant cutlery everything was neat and clean. Had an amazing experience. Special thanks to Mr. Devender, Mr. Aryan & Dikshit & Mr. Mahender & Ganga Singh for the facilities being provided in the hotel. We love this place its very peaceful and guest friendly. The rooms are neat and clean ***** with washrooms.The service is very fast as expected.The view from the rooftop is very beautiful 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 Thanks for a lovely stay.

Life Time Experience at Snow Valley Heights. It was our second visit at the property.The property is very clean and well maintained.The staff is very friendly and professional.The rooms are clean with good amenities. Food is very good and the service is very quick with good variety of options. Love the property and will come again soon and definitely recommend this to our friends and relatives also.

We had a 1 night stay at Snow Valley Heights Shimla . It was amazing and great. Food was delightful and delicious. All the staff were so welcoming and humble. Rooms were neat and clean. Hospitality given by the staff were incredible. Would like to mention Ms. Sangeeta for her cooperative nature. Will visit again.

It was a wonderful stay at the property.The hotel is on the top of the hill with a very good view of city.The staff is very very helpful specially the front desk.The rooms are spacious neat and clean bathroom.The food is awesome as Iam a frequent traveler i have tried many restaurants foods but I can say I have got the best on at snow valley heights.The service is quick and the staff is highly professional. Will come here again with our friends very soon.

Hotel are neat and clean and breakfast and dinner too good. Staff are nice #Manjit and other staff too. Room quality and services also good. Receptionist was kind and sincere. Overall is good place to visit. Only thing is that hotel located in streat.

The stay at snow valley heights is very comfortable. The rooms are very clean Nad The view from the rooms is very good. The staff is very helpful and kind and ready to serve you in all manner. The food quality is very good specially the Indian section. The chef is very humble and cook food according to our dzire.

It was wonderful experience staying at snow valley heights.The staff is very helpful and the service is quick.The front office upgraded our room as we told them that we are here to celebrate our anniversary.Lovely gesture by the staff.The rooms are very well maintained neat and clean washrooms. 10/10 for the food and staff who served us at the restaurant. Amazing hospitality will see u in future.

Staff is very good and the hotel is very good in terms of everything.The staff is very helpful in all manners from reception to house keeping all are very accommodating. The rooms are neat and clean with good amanenities. The food is good and served very professionally.. Overall we loved our stay.
