The pillows are the fluffiest I have ever felt and the most important thing was having a very comfortable bed that you could have a very nice sleep in it. The most important thing was the breakfasts which were just divine and they were going to be very fancy and get to do something that we all wanted to do while we stayed their.

Hotel is Awesome, Ambience is so good. Location at Mall Road is lovely. Huge Parking Area is also in hotel. Food is very testy & service is very impressive specially Mr. Ravi Dogra ( Breakfast Service).Rooma are very clean & big with all toiletries.

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. The restaurant's food is pricey and the buffet breakfast needs improvement in quality, variety and freshness. The location is a major plus, just a 2-minute walk to Mall Road. The staff is courteous and helpful. If you want to stay at the hotel with your family and spend time there, it offers plenty of space especially on the terrace.

Nice hotel with good service . Rooms are comfy with a valley view . Breakfast spread should be better , but the service at breakfast is excellent. All the staff is ready to listen and take care of any needs at breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was that they did not upgraded my room even when they had free rooms Rest all a good experience

We booked sterling kufri for 3 days all the rooms are near and and clean view from the hotel is so beautiful ❤️ All the staff is helping full Mr Humesh , Mr Devinder , keshav, helped us with checking and checkout process, Food was good, Must recommend the travel desk services Miss Ashana is such good travel planner 🫰 she arranged a very good cab for uss we went to Narkanda , Shimla Mall road , and much more best trip we ever had 🙏

The rooms a are spacious. Excellent location courteous staff Food quality is okay, though we only had breakfast, options were ok Overall good experience. The highlight is the location of course as it is very convenient to Mall Road has car parking too

In the month of November 2023, we stayed for two nights. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the mall road.There is good parking for cars inside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and excellent. The staff are helpful and courteous. The food in the restaurant is good. The rooms have central heating system. During winters this facility is very helpful. Overall excellent place to stay in Shimla with family.

Food was great Staff was polite DJ knew the right tracks It was an amazing event we held at Marina It was a special day for us bidding goodbye to our seniors and the staff of Marina made sure all our demands were meet at the right time making the event successful.
