Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla

The experience at the Welcome Hotel by ITC was an experience that I have never had in Shimla before, having visited the place several times. Every staff was very welcoming, helping and the kind and special gesture I got from Mr Ankit brought a big smile to my face. I am looking forward to stay at the same place yet again and this time I will have a bigger company.

We stayed at WelcomHotels Mashobra. The hotel is beautifully located in the forest area with beautiful scenary and views. The hotel staff was very cordial and friendly. We had opted for superior room which was very well kept with all facilities and amazing balcony with mountain views. In all, it was one the best experiences.

The stay was nice and comfortable. Ambience was excellent staff was very polite & friendly , excellent hospitality & Beautiful stay . Food was delicious, food quality and service are excellent staff was extremely coordinating and helpful to make our stay comfortable . breakfast was good with a good variety , Ambience was good , had a great stay and was satisfied with everything
