Wonderful Experience in Shimla! I had a great stay at this hotel in Shimla. The staff was very cooperative and the service was prompt. They were helpful in providing information about the weather and suggested the best places to visit. They also assisted us in booking a bike and took full responsibility for the rental process, which made everything hassle-free. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and added to our pleasant experience. Rooms are small. A special thanks to Mr. Kartik, who went out of his way to arrange a private vehicle for us at the last moment so we could catch our bus. Truly appreciated!

Very good hotel to stay everything was great very delicious and tasty food great experience wonderful evening with lve singing at terrace one of the best place to stay in Shimla I book standard room for the night but as per request they upgraded my room to the premium And special thanks to Aman sir for our special take care

We had a great experience with snow valley resort location in ghora choki Shimla. The room and proper clead the food was so delicious the reason I like this hotel the staff is very nice and respectful the service was great Who make our stay more joyful the view from rooms is stunning comfortable rooms thanks for hotel staff special thanks for Jyoti Sharma and lalit kumar from housekeeping 😊.

We are 7 person family member visits at shimla snow valley resorts shimla we are enjoying there good neet and clean room with excellent view of valley Tasty food serve with smile Hood behibear of staff at receptionist and restaurant good management Parking is ample space

Best hotel to stay in shimla everything was superb and great all basic amenities provided by hotel . Staff was very polite and co operative specially mr. Aman . food was very delicious overall it was wonderful experience at snow valley highly recommend

Staff is very polite and hotel provides all you need from a hotel - Nice view , excellent food , good room and basic activities for adults and kids. Would recommend this hotel for family stay. The location is close to railway station and mall road is also approachable.
