We were just informed that the last 1.5 km was "off-road". So, while the view was good, it was quite disappointing, specially since we had paid ₹10000 per night per room (with only breakfast included), though remote places of this kind usually include dinner. The staff was eager to please but have no training whatsoever. There was only a small area to walk around in, the steps of the chalets were too high for an old woman like me, and the food was nothing to write home about. I would appreciate it if the owners put up a disclaimer that it is not meant for old people, and more importantly, mention their no cancellation policy BEFORE the payment is made. I must mention that when we expressed our disappointment with our stay, we were not charged for dinner, and the driver's stay was not charged either. But that was only AFTER we complained.

The scenic view is a pleasant and calm, place so beautifully dressed with good quality food and associated with nice guys. My family enjoyed the property very much. I recommend it to everyone staying once in a lifetime.

Excellent stay at wood vista. Beautiful property. Quiet peaceful place, specially for those who want peace and nature. Services of the property was excellent and special thanks to the manager sh. Vikas for his excellent management.

Quite off the road. Road is very bad. Not much of food options, amd even the taste was ok, not that great.

Had an amazing and very peaceful stay in the serenity of the hills of kufri. That the property is located within orchards of apple trees only adds to the beauty and charm. The staff is extremely helpful and took care of every small needs. Food is also great.

Actual location of the property is not in kufri but further 15 km away that goes to a small link road (last 2 km on katcha road. The property while going through google maps will take you to smaller cottage (same owner but different cottage. You need to take smaller link road downward instead of up (as per google maps. The property care taker mo-nu is very cooperative and caring person. He goes out of his way to make guests comfortable. Food is awesome. The remote location of the property does not encourage visits to other places in shimla but for a secluded and peaceful stay this place is good. Most of the guests were bachelors during our stay that were on a holiday to drink and dine. But apart from that it was a pleasant stay

I went with my full family. Had an amazing time. Food was outstanding and the staff was very polite and took good care. A beautiful location separate from the hustle bustle of the crowded hill station. As the name says secluded mountain stay. Loved it !

we were a group of friends and looking for a calm place. This place is in woods and close to nature. Quite calm and serene. cons: the way to cottage is a little challenging and no nearby places to eat or shopping.
