I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Firstly, the staff was unresponsive; they didn’t answer calls from the room, making it impossible to get assistance when needed. Secondly, the hygiene standards were appalling. The bedsheets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the blankets were in the same unhygienic condition. This lack of cleanliness and attention to basic needs made the stay highly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor rooms, no cleanliness the bedsheet was also dirty. Even drinking water was dirty dirty rooms and bad smell

The room was very damp and smelled weird. The bedsheets seemed pretty worn out and were not clean. The bathroom was also in pretty bad shape. The hotel was not at all worth this much even though it was at prime location.

Rooms are average. Bath rooms are not good. Cleaning is also average. Hotel is situated over rige so mall road, lakkar bazar and lower bazar all are not far. But vehicles are allowed by jakho area only to get to the hotel from station which is quite expensive.

The room was not that much maintained. Before check in they must clean all the room and place all the needful that should be there. I have to ask for a hand wash. The food quality is good but not upto the mark what they are charging for it.
