In hotel prashant, the receptionist are stubborn and unprofessional, the hotel also charged high price for booking and they usually lower the prices drastically if you go through middle ***. In morning staffs are not available. Location of the hotel is great food were okay

(1)room - good. (2)service - not good. You need to call them for everything. (3)accessories - poor. Condition of bed linen is very bad. (4)location - excellent(5) building structure- not good. Too many staircases. (6) food - price is very high.

Below average 1. Very dirty rooms 2. The bathroom is terrible with insects. 3. The dirtiest rug on the floor i hv ever seen 4. Food was not up to the mark. 5. They dont accept up i payments at this era when its all in all. 6. They asked us for 100bucks to carry our luggage from the room to the lobby. Terrible stay. Dont book.
