The hospitality of the staff here is just out of the world. We always feel like we coming back to our second home. The warmth and consideration of the staff is unimaginable. I would also like to mention the food in the hotel is extremely good. The Chef Rajkumar Bhatia has been looking after us and pampering us with his amazing culnary skills. He always takes care of our food preferences and we are served with delicioous meels at every occasion.

It's a beautiful resort. The location, staff, service are exemplary. Food spread and variety could be better though especially the breakfast spread which we felt was limited. We were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday and they surprised us with some special decoration in the room which was very sweet of them. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome.

Lovely place. Good rooms with excellent view of snow clad mountain hills. Narkanda is just 30 minutes drive. Weather is quite cold. No snow in Theog. Breakfast is well spread and good. Can walk only in the property, as property is not close to walking in woods.

The orchid shimla is amazing hotel in shimla for best stay and view. I feel luxury experience. Breakfast and dinner food is very excellent. Room service is very fast and good. Hotel staff is very friendly and excellent

there are various aspects to review in this hotel. firstly, upon entering the property no parking facility was present. travellers who usually move around Himachal Pradesh, travel by cars and not having a parking facility is a huge problem. check-in was very casual. no documents or identification proofs were asked upon checking up which can be a huge safety concern. while transporting our luggage from the reception to the rooms, the journey is via a huge long ramp, and the luggage wheels get damaged in the process. also the staff were banging the suitcases left right and centre and no care was given to the luggages. there are 3 lifts inside the property and it is quite complicated for guests to move around the property. the rooms were good enough for 2 persons and the washroom was a little old fashioned with no jet-spray next to the washroom area. towels were dirty and yellow in colour. location of the property is excellent since you can reach Mall Road from inside the property. the hotel had 3 cafes and extensive menu. shisha is also available in the hotel cafe. breakfast had limited options, but quality and taste of the food was good. staff was friendly but not very efficient in room dining facility was good and we got all we needed.
