Frankly speaking, I felt that this hotel should not be used for a set trip for a pilgrimage trip where arrivals tend to be late. I have stayed at this hotel many times and knew this in advance, but this time was also full of complaints. First of all, the shop on the first floor is open from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm? If they don't open earlier, we can't use it if we leave early in the morning. It would be fine if we just couldn't use it, but we can't use something like a local promotion coupon that was forced on us. After all, we got it after arriving at the hotel the day before, so if we arrive after 5:00 pm, we won't have time if we take a bath or have dinner. What's worse is that the shop in the building is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm? ??? Who are they targeting? Unbelievable low customer satisfaction. In addition, the small bathroom, which is only called a large public bath, has only five faucets. How many people do they think can stay there? It's a complete mismatch with the number of people accommodated. Moreover, are they joking about the time? It even makes me think. Men are allowed to stay from 4pm to 8pm, and 6am to 7:20am the next morning? ...Women are allowed from 8:10pm to 12pm, and 7:30am the next morning? ...What a selfish timetable from the hotel side. For those of us who arrive around 6pm the day before and leave at 7:30am the next day, please tell us how to use the large public bath, the convenience store, and the shop... Basically, they are saying that you can't use the bath other than the one in your room! And you can't use the promotion coupons! Not only is the food terrible, but the seats are terrible, and there are only so many seats for this capacity? I can't believe it... The government is just loosening (not eliminating) the restrictions on COVID-19, and the number of patients hasn't decreased at all... So why is there a restaurant where you can only eat with other people? What are they thinking? The Japanese-style dinner was poor, tasteless, and the ingredients were not fresh. The restaurant here is disappointing for both dinner and breakfast! It's like the hotel has forgotten that it is a service industry. In addition, the single rooms do not even have safes, which is something you need when you are alone... This is an extraordinary hotel whose way of thinking is beyond the realm of understanding.

I stayed at this hotel within walking distance of Aji Gekijyo Chika. It was nice that they had Western food for breakfast. The staff were kind and polite, and I had good memories. The bed was good, but it was a shame that there was only one pillow.
