Despite being a bit remote ,took us nearly 3 hours of travelling by car from Kansai international Airport, it was definitely a worthwhile resort to stay for a few days. My husband and I are golfers and we selected a package with accommodation , golf and dining. We were very satisfied with everything during our stay, golf, food , room, onsen, hygiene…..etc. Food was surprisingly good , fine and value for money in a remote resort like this. As a female I enjoyed particularly the special Mikimoto pearl onsen! Overall, the attentiveness and service attitude of staff (though with language barrier) made our days !

I stayed in a premium room with a friend. The building seemed old, but the inside was well-cleaned and very nice. The large public bath was also very clean, and the Ise tea and fruit mixed drink after the bath was delicious 🙆 The Mikimoto beauty salon, which has only four locations nationwide, was also good value for money. The food was also very delicious with a refined flavor. I thought the staff were all very nice. Next time, I would like to see the larger grounds. This was a hotel I would return to. If I had to make a request, I would like some fresh fruit 🍎 for breakfast.

I stayed in a premium room, so the windows were large and the greenery was lush and comfortable. I applied for a day cruise and met a French couple, who we got along well with and showed around Ise Shrine, which was a fun experience. The meal was a Japanese dinner, but it was of a high standard and I was impressed with the delicious soup. The other dishes were also elegantly flavored and I felt that they had paid close attention to detail. The amenities were from a brand I like, so I was able to get by without using my personal belongings. Everything I needed was provided and it was comfortable, but it was neat that they were stored in a drawer and not visible, but I wish they had labeled it. I finally found where my pajamas were. I spent the night in the hotel's indoor wear.
