Bishoku No Kakurega Provence

It's been a few months since my last visit. This time, I had a plan that included both spiny lobster and beef. The lobsters were small and the beef was a small portion, but there was also a hotpot (acqua pazza), and I was full after finishing the course. The food is more Japanese than before. Or rather, it was Japanese food. Drinks are 1,000 yen for a glass of wine. It's one coupon. The bath is a hot spring, but it's colorless, transparent, tasteless and odorless. However, I feel exhausted after getting out, so it must have had some effect. The room was dark, and the pillows and bed were comfortable, so I forgot about stargazing and slept soundly until morning. Breakfast is a buffet. There is a burdock and *gathering pot on the table. It warms you up. The pork soup and keema curry were delicious. There were various desserts, but when I went to get them, they were out of stock. I wonder if they were reserved for the next guests? I regretted later that I should have asked the hotel staff. I'm a greedy eater, so I'm very disappointed. By the way, there was coffee at the time of check-out, but I missed it. I would like to come back again to get revenge.

まず、スタッフの対応や感染対策については満足できるものでした。 しかし、肝心な食事が私には美食とは思えずとても残念な気持ちになりました。 創作のし過ぎで素材の味がしない、一品一品の単価が非常に安く感じました。 口コミでも食事が高評価だったので眺望が望めないこの宿にしましたが、これなら海岸沿いの宿にすれば良かったと後悔です。 電車の駅がすぐ隣にあるため朝５時に踏み切り音で目覚めます。
