原本都是雲南的、都是紅河州的，應該要支持和力挺家鄉的文旅業。但是帶着家人旅遊，體驗感真的太差了！谷中很安靜，遠離城市的喧囂，很放鬆。但小飛蟲實在太多，不小心就撞到眼裡、嘴裏，這個都可以忍着。最讓人生氣的是吃過晚飯，一家人泡完温泉分批迴房間沖洗時發現兩個房間沒熱水。晚上20：15聯繫酒店工作人員，工作人員説馬上處理，半小時後仍然沒有熱水，也沒有工作人員到房間處理。打了多個電話，事情仍然沒有迴應。家裡有快八十歲的長者和七歲的孩子，擔心生病，21：10，再次聯繫工作人員要求換房間或者先開個房間給我們洗澡換衣服。工作人員説要請示領導，後無果。不得已再次聯繫工作人員請先送乾的浴袍讓我們換上，快22：00點終於送來了浴袍，告知讓我們等着搶修。我們是中午14：30左右到達酒店的，當時有一間房還沒打掃出來，沒有熱水，打掃的工作人員應該當時就知道，為什麼沒有及時報修？酒店是服務行業，出現突發情況，連最基本的人文關懷都沒有，讓客人穿着濕泳衣、披着濕浴袍等了兩個多小時，難怪養生谷里人煙稀少，這種服務理念和服務意識真的有待提高！

缺點：訂的房間很小，雖然不是很貴的房型，但乾濕分離真不行，洗完澡水很難排乾淨，會溢到房間，致使房間黴味重。
優點：訂房後園區安排電瓶車直達房間，退房也會送。半夜突然下雨，天然的伴眠音樂，感覺很安逸。天然氧吧的確名不虛傳。園區提供的早餐和自費飲食味道很不錯。園區很大，娛樂設施有些陳舊，不影響親子遊玩。温泉項目錦上添花！也非常適合釋放壓力。養生谷也的確老少皆宜！

體驗感太差了！上一波人泡了一天的温泉水不給換，反覆溝通，找各種理由，最後一句“沒辦法，不泡就算”一次滿心期待的春節出遊被這樣的服務搞得完全沒了心情

空氣真的太好了，房型也特別的多。當時買的票裏包含了一個滑草券和早餐券。還有專屬VIP泡池。當時我們是三家人去的，定了4間房。環境真的太舒服了。當天晚上還有篝火晚會。特別好玩。晚上的燒烤特別好吃，米線是我覺得最好吃的。

我從來不評論，但是這次我必須評論一下，第一，我們四大兩小訂了同學樓，説超了1.2米的要加門票，我500多訂了房間在裏面多了一個小孩要加門票，好，加了，進去的時候工作人員告訴我們不能在房裡煮吃的要到專門可以弄吃的地方弄，我們去了，人家告知要收100塊的場地費，所有食材和用的都是我們自己準備去的，就是坐了幾顆凳子用了一張桌子就收了100塊，最後房間裏床上有螞蟻，我被咬了兩口，反正這是我第一次去也是最後一次去。
