環境優美，房間乾淨温馨。真心讚揚龍韻温泉谷，天氣冷人少，大年三十專門安排人員值班，為我們開了温泉，讓泡温泉解除了旅途疲勞。特別感謝餐廳老闆週週，為我們準備的菌子雞真的超級鮮美，價格良心。天氣非常冷也一直等我們吃完，感覺這裏的人都很友善，在温泉谷過了一個暖心的年三十，有機會我還會來，據説夏天可以撿菌子，期待😊

環境好，空氣好。房間設施簡單，紙不太好，其他都挺好。很適合休閑、度假、朋友聚會。吃飯、泡澡，挺好的。

遇到節假日的話，會有篝火晚會，衞生還可以，服務也還可以。
泡澡的話，天熱的時候來更好。建議再豐富下餐食更好。

我們住的房間小還回潮，床上用品太黃了。房間外面的環境不錯，泡澡也可以，早餐還不錯。整體來説體驗感不好，如果衹是去玩不住的話還是可以去的。

優點:環境不錯，設計的挺好，可玩的也多。缺點:洗漱毛巾都破損了還在用！而且很臟，感覺就沒洗過！最重要的是早餐是外包的，服務態度特別差不懂得變通！

原本都是雲南的、都是紅河州的，應該要支持和力挺家鄉的文旅業。但是帶着家人旅遊，體驗感真的太差了！谷中很安靜，遠離城市的喧囂，很放鬆。但小飛蟲實在太多，不小心就撞到眼裡、嘴裏，這個都可以忍着。最讓人生氣的是吃過晚飯，一家人泡完温泉分批迴房間沖洗時發現兩個房間沒熱水。晚上20：15聯繫酒店工作人員，工作人員説馬上處理，半小時後仍然沒有熱水，也沒有工作人員到房間處理。打了多個電話，事情仍然沒有迴應。家裡有快八十歲的長者和七歲的孩子，擔心生病，21：10，再次聯繫工作人員要求換房間或者先開個房間給我們洗澡換衣服。工作人員説要請示領導，後無果。不得已再次聯繫工作人員請先送乾的浴袍讓我們換上，快22：00點終於送來了浴袍，告知讓我們等着搶修。我們是中午14：30左右到達酒店的，當時有一間房還沒打掃出來，沒有熱水，打掃的工作人員應該當時就知道，為什麼沒有及時報修？酒店是服務行業，出現突**況，連最基本的人文關懷都沒有，讓客人穿着濕泳衣、披着濕浴袍等了兩個多小時，難怪養生谷里人煙稀少，這種服務理念和服務意識真的有待提高！

缺點：訂的房間很小，雖然不是很貴的房型，但乾濕分離真不行，洗完澡水很難排乾淨，會溢到房間，致使房間黴味重。
優點：訂房後園區安排電瓶車直達房間，退房也會送。半夜突然下雨，天然的伴眠音樂，感覺很安逸。天然氧吧的確名不虛傳。園區提供的早餐和自費飲食味道很不錯。園區很大，娛樂設施有些陳舊，不影響親子遊玩。温泉項目錦上添花！也非常適合釋放壓力。養生谷也的確老少皆宜！
